Primer means a coating labeled and formulated for application to a substrate to provide a firm bond between the substrate and subsequent coats.

All new non-residential fire suppression system connections shall be protected with a District approved RPDA installed according to District specifications.

Type BUnder this type of contract, a commitment for water service is not given, and water meter and RPDA laterals are not permitted to be installed.

LOCKHEED XXXXXX Procurement Representative means a person authorized by LOCKHEED XXXXXX'x cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.

The surface temperature for snow melting is controlled automatically to reduce operating energy costs. The 654 has an automatic start and stop function when used with the Snow/Ice Sensor 090 or 094. Automatic start with a timed stop is available when used with the Snow Sensor 095. The 654 can operate a dedicated hydronic boiler or a mixing device. Isolation relays are required to operate line voltage pumps. Electric systems require a separate GFCI and electrical relay contactor.

SONIAi-pLBD means, in respect of any London Banking Day “i” falling in the relevant Interest Accrual Period, the SONIA reference rate for the London Banking Day falling “p” London Banking Days prior to the relevant London Banking Day “i”.

If existing protection is determined inadequate or is modified, improved, or updated as identified under this Program, the customer shall install a RPDA at the point of connection to District water system according to District specifications.

Non-residential fire suppression systems currently protected with a minimum of a single detector check valve will be allowed to continue in service until such system is modified, updated, improved, or hazard classification is determined to require an RPDA.

ETo is given expressed in inches per day, month, or year as represented in Appendix C of these Guidelines, and is an estimate of the evapotranspiration of a large field of four to seven-inch tall, cool-season grass that is well watered. The Snow Melting Control 654 is designed to operate electric or hydronic equipment to melt snow or ice from any surface including driveways, walkways, patios, business entrances, parking ramps, loading docks, hospital entrances, helipads or car wash bays.

Meet-Point Billing (MPB means the billing associated with interconnection of facilities between two (2) or more LECs for the routing of traffic to and from an IXC with which one of the LECs does not have a direct connection. In a multi-bill environment, each Party bills the appropriate tariffed rate for its portion of a jointly provided Switched Exchange Access Service.

SFTR means Regulation (EU) 2015/2365 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2015 on transparency of securities financing transactions and of reuse and amending Regulation (EU) No 648/2012;

The type of protection that shall be provided to prevent backflow into the District water supply system shall be a minimum of a Reduced Pressure Principal Backflow Prevention Assembly (RP) for all non-residential connections and Reduced Pressure Principle Detector Assembly (RPDA) for all non-residential fire suppression system connections, upgrades, and new installations.

That agreement requires the RPDA to pay, in advance of each shipping season, all costs that APHIS estimates it will incur in providing inspection services in the Philippines during that shipping season.

LOCKHEED XXXXXX means LOCKHEED XXXXXX CORPORATION, acting through its companies or business units as identified on the face of this Contract. If a subsidiary or affiliate of LOCKHEED XXXXXX CORPORATION is identified on the face of this Contract, then "LOCKHEED XXXXXX" means that subsidiary or affiliate.
