The Zurn Wilkins 975XL Reduced Pressure Principle Backflow Preventer provides high hazard protection for non-potable water applications. The wye pattern, bronze body provides separate access to each check valve and the relief valve for servicing.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Local codes shall govern installation requirements. To be installed in accordance with the manufacturers’ instructions and the latest edition of the Uniform Plumbing Code. Unless otherwise specified, the assembly shall be mounted at a minimum of 12” (305mm) and a maximum of 30” (762mm) above adequate drains with sufficient side clearance for testing and maintenance. The installation shall be made so that no part of the unit can be submerged or where relief valve discharge could cause damage.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
