We remove all the materials, and separate and clean the water. Any other organic materials get processed into feedstocks that can be used to produce green energy.

Take world-class transportation and logistics. Add a modern truck fleet and the largest service footprint in western Canada for an affordable price. That’s what you get when you choose Redux. Plus, you can access service reports (with before and after photos), and track services through our online customer portal.

We're connected to the regulatory bodies and cities to make sure our services are ahead of bylaws. We make it our business to stay informed so you don't have to worry and can concentrate on your business.

Fat, oil, grease (FOG), and solids accumulate continuously, and the trap will reach capacity to handle the wastewater. Regular service of your grease trap means you're meeting city bylaws and keeping your FOG and solids count below the 25% threshold. Plus, it prevents expensive drain blockages, which can also disrupt your business operations. Regular cleaning also keeps the trap odours from escaping.

Our services have the lowest possible carbon footprint. A zero-waste process means you can be sure you’ve made a sustainable and safe choice. We know how to scale service calls, so we're able to route efficiently. And we process the waste we collect in a traceable way.

We’ll visit you on site and recommend a service schedule based on an analysis and review of the grease trap. A Redux service team member will empty and thoroughly clean the grease trap.

We take the collected material to our closest facility. The FOG (fat, oil, grease) and food solids are separated from the water, which is then treated. Finally, the FOG and solids get recycled and used as feedstocks for green-energy production.

Every service call is documented on site and entered into our system. Reports can be easily provided to show regulatory compliance to city inspectors. And you can access your reports anytime through our online portal.

We’ve invested in the right equipment, people, and processes to meet the highest standards. We’re CFIA, FDA, and organic certified. Our team members are certified and trained. Our services are fully insured, and Redux drivers are covered by the Workers Compensation Board.

Every city has a minimum service frequency requirement. Redux keeps up to date on bylaws and regulations. We'll help make sure you meet the requirements for your munipality.
