I tried searching but couldn't find anything recent: can anyone recommend a remote smart water shut-off valve so I can turn the water to our house on/off remotely? It's a house I rent out, so I would need to override the auto turnoff feature (ie if a guest is staying there and takes a shower in the middle of the night, I need the water to stay on and not detect a leak). It looks like Moen and Phyn are the leaders in the space, but both seem to have mixed reviews. I also saw Kohler has one too. Any recommendations? Any to avoid?
