Crafted from precast concrete, this gravity grease interceptor is built to last. It is designed to withstand incidental traffic and is rated A-16 (AASHTO HS20-44) for load capacity. The tank shape is rectangular, with an outside height of 54 inches, length of 84 inches, and width of 36 inches. The access configuration is 24″E, 24″E, and the bury depth ranges from 1.1′ to 8.0′, with a bury depth reference of top. The maximum gallon capacity is 320 gallons, making it ideal for commercial kitchens and other high-volume applications.
