The VB-060 is a normally closed full-bore vacuum breaker which is designed to open fully to allow the intake of air into the pipeline or system when vacuum conditions occur. The air valve protects the pipeline from negative pressure (vacuum) conditions caused by sudden shutoff of the pumps, pipe ruptures or the rapid draining of the pipeline.

The easy maintenance assembly consists of a replaceable seat module, NPT threaded female union inlet by NPT female outlet and a bypass feature to control thermal expansion pressure. The temperature range is from 33 to 180° F. It is suitable for up to 300 psi. The standard setting is at 50 psi.

Constructed from lead-free materials, Watts water pressure reducing valve is suitable for use in various complicated and demanding applications whether commercial, industrial, and residential while still aligning with safety and health standards. Watts WPRV complies with the Lead-Free Mandate to guarantee the minimization of lead contamination and the delivery of quality water.  The industry-trusted design supports environmental conservation and sustainability, leading to significant energy and wastewater savings.

Enhanced by a stainless steel strainer and a high-temperature diaphragm, Watts water pressure reducing valves are engineered for success in any installation and challenging applications. Its integral inline strainer simplifies serviceability and is removable for cleaning while providing a more compact footprint solution compared to valves with external strainers. The LF25AUB series offers standard capacity for pressure reduction, featuring an adjustable pressure range from 25-75psi, accommodating to diverse needs.

Watts® 2" Water Pressure Reducing Valve (WPRV) plays a crucial role in moderating water pressure from the main supply, adjusting it to a safer, more manageable level. This not only safeguards plumbing fixtures from damage but also reduces the likelihood of leaks and helps save water by managing the flow rate of the system.
