Groveport first welcomed investment in this now long-established industry cluster in the mid-/late 1980s and it has since yielded millions of square feet of both ambient and temperature-controlled logistics and e-commerce space. Completed projects include warehouse and distribution operations for Gap, Pacific Sun/Eddie Bauer, Sam’s Club, FedEx Ground, and dozens more.

Completed projects in this industry cluster include facilities for KDC/One, a contract manufacturer in the personal care and beauty industry; Fluvitex USA, a producer of comfort products including pillows and comforters; SK Food Group, a custom food manufacturing company;  A. O. Smith Corporation, one of the world's leading providers of water heating and water treatment solutions; and Weatherables, a manufacturer of vinyl fencing, vinyl and aluminum railing and outdoor living products.

Completed projects in this industry sector include a pharmaceutical research, development, and distribution facility for Cardinal Health, a distributor of pharmaceuticals and medical/laboratory products and a provider of performance and data solutions for healthcare facilities.

The Boiler Control 260 is designed to operate a single boiler using Outdoor Temperature Reset. It can be used in applications ranging from baseboard or fan coils, to combination space heating and domestic hot water heating installations. This control regulates a single heating water temperature through Outdoor Temperature Reset and/or Domestic Hot Water control. It is capable of controlling a single on/off boiler and can receive both space heating and/or DHW heat demands.
