All new non-residential fire suppression system connections shall be protected with a District approved RPDA installed according to District specifications.

Non-residential fire suppression systems currently protected with a minimum of a single detector check valve will be allowed to continue in service until such system is modified, updated, improved, or hazard classification is determined to require an RPDA.

SFTR means Regulation (EU) 2015/2365 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2015 on transparency of securities financing transactions and of reuse and amending Regulation (EU) No 648/2012;

All piping beyond the right-of-way line, the RPDA and the piping downstream of the RPDA are owned, operated and maintained by the owner.

LOCKHEED XXXXXX Procurement Representative means a person authorized by LOCKHEED XXXXXX'x cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.

LOCKHEED XXXXXX means LOCKHEED XXXXXX CORPORATION, acting through its companies or business units as identified on the face of this Contract. If a subsidiary or affiliate of LOCKHEED XXXXXX CORPORATION is identified on the face of this Contract, then "LOCKHEED XXXXXX" means that subsidiary or affiliate.

Type BUnder this type of contract, a commitment for water service is not given, and water meter and RPDA laterals are not permitted to be installed.
