I have a well and these are the only whole house water filters I will use. I’ve been using them since 2011. I have a lot of iron in my water and they do a tremendous job of filtering that out, along with whatever else may get in there. I can easily get about 9 months, if not a little longer, between filter changes. I’m very satisfied.

My blue canister burst at the seam running down it, and water gushed out. Customer support helped me in an emergency, as I did not have water in my house for 1.5 days. They sent me a new canister. The only negative was $79 for shipping by FedEx—almost the price of the whole unit.

I’m glad I was offered a replacement option of my filter after being on a wait for the original product for couple of months. Fit great and very easy to install.

This is a great company that offers a quality product, along with the very best customer service I've ever encountered. I can't do it justice here, but I was able to repair my under-the-counter filtration system with the part-by-part, step-by-step, personal assistance of a wonderful customer support person over the course of a full month, with back and forth emails. Now try finding that elsewhere these days. I've been a customer for the past 20 years...I'm now a customer for life.

We've been using the whole house filter for years. We have city tap water. But the Aqua Pure 817-2 filters out the sand sediment and gives us clear odor free water. Always a fan. Tim O.

Have tried other cheaper alternatives but very disappointed in there performance. This one does everything we need and the one we will use from now on.

Living in the mountains in a Colorado, the water can have residuals of mine tailings residuals that have an “acceptable” level of toxicity. These filters are really a game changer for finer filtering these out of the water leaving it with a wonderful clean flavor.
