Kenneth R. Lepage has served as General Counsel and Secretary of the Company since August 2008 and as Chief Sustainability Officer since May 2021. Mr. Lepage also previously served as Chief Human Resources Officer of the Company from April 2020 to October 2021 and from December 2009 to October 2015. Mr. Lepage originally joined the Company in September 2003 as Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Lepage was a Junior Partner at the law firm of Hale and Dorr LLP (now Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP).

Mr. Dagley has served as President, Heating and Hot Water Solutions since July 2016. Mr. Dagley previously worked at Johnson Controls International plc from 2003 to 2016, during which time he served as Vice President, Product Sales from 2015 to 2016, Vice President, Strategic Business Development and Channel Offerings from 2013 to 2015, Vice President, Marketing and Strategy from 2007 to 2013, and several other managerial roles of progressive responsibility. Johnson Controls is a leader in engineering, manufacturing, commissioning, and retrofitting building products and systems, including residential and commercial heating, ventilating, air-conditioning equipment, industrial refrigeration systems, controls, security systems, fire-detection systems, and fire-suppression solutions. Prior to Johnson Controls, Mr. Dagley served as National Account Manager at FieldCentrix Enterprise and held several managerial roles of progressive responsibility at York International Corporation. Mr. Dagley also served as a Captain in the United States Air Force from 1989 to 1992. Mr. Dagley is a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP).

Andre Dhawan joined our Company in August 2022 as Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Dhawan previously served as President, Americas from July 2020 to July 2022 and President, EMEA & APAC from July 2015 to July 2020 for Gilbarco Veeder-Root, a subsidiary of Vontier Corporation and formerly a subsidiary of Danaher Corporation and Fortive Corporation. Prior to Avery Dennison, Mr. Ramakrishnan was Vice President, Strategy and Corporate Development at Millipore Corporation, a provider of technologies, tools and services for the global life science industry, from May 2009 until December 2010, when it merged with Merck KGaA. From July 2002 to December 2008, Mr. Ramakrishnan served as Senior Vice President, Growth for Pentair, Inc., a provider of water technology products and systems. Mr. Ramakrishnan began his career with McKinsey & Company, a global management consulting firm.

Elie Melhem has served as President, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East & Africa since February 2016. Mr. Melhem originally joined our Company in July 2011 as President, Asia-Pacific. From February 2008 to July 2011, Mr. Melhem was Managing Director of Ariston Thermo Group’s China operations. Ariston Thermo Group is a worldwide provider of heating and hot water products, systems and services. Mr. Melhem worked for ITT Corporation from 1996 to January 2007. While with ITT, Mr. Melhem served as President China/Asia Pacific, Residential and Commercial Water Group from 2006 to January 2007, President - Water Technology Group, Asia Pacific from 2002 to 2005, Country Manager of China from 1999 to 2001 and General Manager of Goulds Pumps from 1996 to 1999. ITT is a global high-technology engineering and manufacturing company offering products and services in water and fluids management, global defense and security, and motion and flow control. Before joining ITT, Mr. Melhem spent eleven years with Avnet, Inc., where he held several engineering and management positions. Mr. Pagano previously served as Senior Vice President of ITT Corporation and President, ITT Industrial Process from April 2009 to May 2014.
