Water conservation measures are needed due to lower than normal flow from the creek that we draw water from. We are continually monitoring the situation and may take further steps if required. Residents should expect these water conservation measures to remain in place for the remainder of the summer.

The Prime Rite automatic pressure drop activated trap primer valve will prime up to 2 floor drains with our patented distribution DU-U and DU-4 units.

The department is also responsible for enforcing regulations governing water systems, providing advice on new developments, and inspecting and approving new connections.

A team of experienced and certified staff makes weekly visits to all water systems, checks the systems, and takes water samples for testing to ensure that the water remains safe and secure for our communities' needs.

The Prime Rite automatic pressure drop activated trap primer valve will prime up to 2 floor drains with our patented distribution DU-U and DU-4 units. System operating range is 20 psi minimum to 80 psi (138 to 552 kpa) maximum. The valve requires a 3 psi (21 kpa) pressure drop across the valve to activate and will deliver a metered amount of water to the floor drain. Trap primer is to be connected to a cold water supply only   Constructed of 693 brass, EPDM E70 O-rings, Dow #7 Silicone, #60 stainless steel mesh screen. NSF-372 Lead Free Certified
