That agreement requires the RPDA to pay, in advance of each shipping season, all costs that APHIS estimates it will incur in providing inspection services in the Philippines during that shipping season.

The RBM Rinox range of adjustable pressure reducing valves are available in either diaphragm operated or compensated piston operated. The main purpose of a pressure reducing valve or pressure limiting valve is to control the fluid pressure to an optimal value, constantly below the maximum allowed in order to avoid damaging the utilities placed downstream of the valve.The correct number of pressure reducers (PRVs) necessary for the pressure reduction is important to avoid cavitation. These phenomena, in fact, create an excessive noise in the reducer, with consequent problems for the utilities and possible damage of the reducer itself. For this reason, please refer to the dedicated section inside the technical data sheet for the optimal choice of the number of reducers in relation to the pressure variation to be obtained.

The type of protection that shall be provided to prevent backflow into the District water supply system shall be a minimum of a Reduced Pressure Principal Backflow Prevention Assembly (RP) for all non-residential connections and Reduced Pressure Principle Detector Assembly (RPDA) for all non-residential fire suppression system connections, upgrades, and new installations.

All new non-residential fire suppression system connections shall be protected with a District approved RPDA installed according to District specifications.

All piping beyond the right-of-way line, the RPDA and the piping downstream of the RPDA are owned, operated and maintained by the owner.

Grab sample means an individual sample collected in less than 15 minutes in conjunction with an instantaneous flow measurement.

LOCKHEED XXXXXX means LOCKHEED XXXXXX CORPORATION, acting through its companies or business units as identified on the face of this Contract. If a subsidiary or affiliate of LOCKHEED XXXXXX CORPORATION is identified on the face of this Contract, then "LOCKHEED XXXXXX" means that subsidiary or affiliate.

Grade point average or "GPA" means the grade point average earned by an eligible student and reported by the high school or participating institution in which the student was enrolled based on a scale of 4.0 or its equivalent if the high school or participating institution that the student attends does not use the 4.0 grade scale;

LOCKHEED XXXXXX Procurement Representative means a person authorized by LOCKHEED XXXXXX'x cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.

Controlled outlet range of 0.8 to 7 Bar.Rinox Due piston operated pressure reducing valves are suitable for use in systems that are subject to water hammering and can accept a nominal pressure of 25 bar. Controlled outlet range of 0.5 to 7 Bar.‍Rinox First are recommended for reducing the pressure between the distribution mains and themain use derivations. Rinox First can accept a nominal pressure of 40 Bar and maximumupstream pressure of 25 Bar. Controlled outlet range of 6 to 10 Bar.

SFTR means Regulation (EU) 2015/2365 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2015 on transparency of securities financing transactions and of reuse and amending Regulation (EU) No 648/2012;

Y2 is the year, expressed as a number, in which the day immediately following the last day of the Interest Period falls;

If existing protection is determined inadequate or is modified, improved, or updated as identified under this Program, the customer shall install a RPDA at the point of connection to District water system according to District specifications.

Primer means a coating labeled and formulated for application to a substrate to provide a firm bond between the substrate and subsequent coats.

Type BUnder this type of contract, a commitment for water service is not given, and water meter and RPDA laterals are not permitted to be installed.

Reference evapotranspiration or “ETo” means a standard measurement of environmental parameters which affect the water use of plants. ETo is given expressed in inches per day, month, or year as represented in Appendix C of these Guidelines, and is an estimate of the evapotranspiration of a large field of four to seven-inch tall, cool-season grass that is well watered. Reference evapotranspiration is used as the basis of determining the Maximum Applied Water Allowances.

SONIAi-pLBD means, in respect of any London Banking Day “i” falling in the relevant Interest Accrual Period, the SONIA reference rate for the London Banking Day falling “p” London Banking Days prior to the relevant London Banking Day “i”.

Non-residential fire suppression systems currently protected with a minimum of a single detector check valve will be allowed to continue in service until such system is modified, updated, improved, or hazard classification is determined to require an RPDA.
